I am Tiju Thomas, a GaN researcher at Cornell University working with Prof. Michael G. Spencer. Currently I work on GaN powders and hope to make a cheap laser device out of the same.
Please feel free to post your comments about III-V semicondutors or even about widebandgap semiconductors in general.
